Umar's dua after reciting the Qur'an

Oh Allah! grant me the ability to reflect and ponder on, and to understand whatever my tongue reads from your Book (Qur'an); and to go into the depts of its meanings and to recognise its wonders; and to act according to it as long as I live. Indeed You have power over everything.

I'm typing the transliteration, hope that's ok!

Ay Allah! Is kitab mein say meri zaban jo parhti hai, us mein mujhe tafakkur tadabbur aur is ki samaj ata farma, aur is kay ma'no aur ajaebaat ki pehchaan karwa, aur jab tak mein zinda houn, is kay mutabiq amal karwa, bay shak tu har cheez par qudrat rakhnay wala hai.

Bismillaah,
I used the arabic to transliterate the dua. Got an arab friend to proof read... forgive me, if I made an error.

Oh Allah! Grant me the ability to ponder and reflect upon what my tongue recites from Your Book, and its deeper understanding, and the knowledge of its meanings, and the recognition of its complexity, and to implement these while I live, verily, You have power over all things.

This is a beautiful Dua. But what's the reference (which book of Hadith) of this Dua?
